Whether you need a quick review where we verify information using our data sources, or a more in depth review where we visit the subject property, we can accommodate your needs.
3. Employee Relocation
We work with relocation companies and employers when a transferring employee is relocating and needs to sell their home. A Relocation Appraisal is to provide the market value of the property to assist with relocation.
Process for getting an Appraisal from Real Property Consultants
Step 1. Contact Real Property Consultants via the "Request an Appraisal" form on our website, email, or call us. Let us know some details about what you need.
Step 2. We will be in touch with a quote and to schedule a time to appraise the property.
Step 3. At the property, we will get the information we need for the appraisal. This includes taking pictures, measurements, and notes. We will need access to the entire interior and exterior of the property to prepare an accurate appraisal.
Step 4. At our office, we will compile our notes, perform research on your property and the immediate market, and draft the Appraisal Report.
Step 5. Upon completion, we will send the Appraisal Report to you. This will show the value of your home, and explain the details of how we arrived at the value.
The entire process takes approximately 5 business days. However, we can accommodate urgent requests if you need an appraisal completed more quickly.
